Shipping & Returns

We aim to process, package and dispatch orders within 1-3 working days. During busier periods (i.e. holidays and sales), slight delays may occur.

UK Orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and aim to be delivered within 2-4 working days from dispatch.

If you would like your item(s) sooner, please upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 delivery in the checkout. Your item(s) will then aim to be delivered the next working day. 

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Tracked and aim to be delivered within 7 days from dispatch. 

Items often take longer than their estimated delivery time. This can be due to delays within postal services and customs, and mail strikes. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery times once we have dispatched your item(s).

UK Customers - Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 2 weeks of dispatch.

International Customers - Please contact us if your order has not arrived within 2 months of dispatch.

You will receive a dispatch email once your order has been shipped, don't forget to check your spam folder for this! Please contact us if you have not received this email after the dispatch time frame.

CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES 
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS INFO
Unfortunately, as everything is made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges on items.

If in the unfortunate event your item(s) arrive faulty or damaged we can offer a replacement or refund. Please inspect your item upon delivery and contact us directly at sales@ampersandprints.co.uk within 7 days. Please attach photos so we can resolve this as quickly as possible. If we are not contacted within 7 days of the delivery date, we are unable to take responsibility for any damage.

We accept cancellations within 1 hour of orders being placed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order.
